New Liv Cook Eat classes. For private groups of friends, family and co-workers (minimum 6). Reserve a class with Liv Wu:

  • How to throw a Chinese Small Plates dinner (4-6 recipes)

  • Seafood in Season (locally caught seafood from Northern California harbors)

  • Tofu is Not Bland (healthy, full-flavored tofu main dishes, with or without some animal protein)

  • Mindful Eating–cook and eat together, vegan and vegetarian meal

  • And . . . Liv’s Famous . . . Food and Flavor Fundamentals, that she’s taught to thousands that's her tried-and true recipe-free, intuitive cooking method. It turns you into a confident cook, and not a recipe follower. Based on sensory training and the 35-flavors grid, the course then instills the practices basic techniques. She’s distilled this method from the tradition of Chinese family cooks and other cooks of all cultures. Now offered with 1 in-person class at Liv Cook Eat kitchen, followed by remote classes.
