Liv Wu is writing her third book. It’s part memoir, the food path of an immigrant. It describes how that path winds through experiences as cooking teacher, chef, caterer, author, journalist, mentor, food/beverage manager and corporate teaching kitchen program manager and mother of a successful, passionate chef. These paths intertwine and led to the creation of her innovative curricula, which was taught in a Silicon Valley company to thousands of employees.

Liv guides small groups in retreats, team-builds, trainings and custom events in her serene coastal kitchen. Classes in her Learning Kitchen are themed around cooking from local sources: garden/farm, ocean or wild-foraging, as well as self-, family- and team care. Comfort, community, collaboration and creativity are at the core of her kitchen.
