I’ve always wanted to put the highest umami ingredients in my students hands. I am delighted to offer premium, naturally brewed and barrel-aged Black Bean soy sauces that are non-GMO and gluten-free.

There are two styles :

  • FINISHING SOY, bottom of the barrel–dark, chocolatey, smokey and smoothly blended.

  • DELICATE SOY, top of the barrel–ethereal, light and umami-punched (and here’s my secret: Try it in baked goods).

Available by pick up in Liv Cook Eat or order online.

Use it in place of your regular soy, taste the difference, and you will be bowled over.
