The ½-day course lays the foundation of a creative cook, and cultivate in yourself and others, lifelong, food curiosity and appreciation. Great for teams, families, teachers, health professionals or individuals. Introduction to the 35-ingredient “Flavor Grid” used in Source Code for Cooks, and learning the language of taste. Light cooking activity for those who are interested.
